Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Gear
Securely place the items in their original Sim-Lab packaging, ensuring all bolts, brackets, and manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.
Ship It Back
Attach the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the hardware, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
